If you apply

In effect now. What happens to your application:

What: Your name, role, work email, optional phone, time zone and call times, your store's name and web address, the plan you chose and what you wrote about your store.

Why: Only to review your application, reply to you and, if it is a fit, set up your store. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Who: The PepBuddy team. It is stored with our hosting and database providers, and the emails about your application go through our email delivery provider.

How long: Declined applications have their contact details removed after 180 days. Applications that become a PepBuddy account have them removed 180 days after the account is created. Copies of our emails to you are deleted after 90 days.

Cookies: One essential cookie, only if the form comes back with something to fix and your browser has JavaScript off: it holds what you typed for 10 minutes so you do not lose it. Nothing tracks you.

Your choice: Ask us to see, correct or delete your application at any time by replying to any email from us.
